Many people feel stuck in emotional or behavioral patterns that they don’t fully understand. Stress, difficult life experiences, or long-standing habits can lead to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. I welcome individuals who are curious about understanding their internal patterns, exploring how past and present experiences shape their lives, and developing new ways to respond to life’s challenges.
I take a collaborative and holistic approach that helps clients explore how early experiences, current stressors, and internal thought and emotional patterns interact. Together we develop awareness of these patterns and learn ways to respond to challenges with greater clarity and flexibility.
My goal is to help clients develop deeper self-understanding and a greater sense of agency so they can navigate life’s challenges with resilience and make choices that align more closely with how they want to live.
