Pre-Licensed Therapist

Are you feeling stuck in patterns, emotions, or relationships? Do you find yourself coming up short when you search for the words to explain how you’re feeling? You are not alone.

There are approximately 3,000 words for feelings in the English language. In spite of this, sometimes it can seem impossible to understand and articulate our emotions, experiences, and obstacles.

My mission as a counselor is to foster a non-judgmental, empathetic environment to explore and process past and current struggles, even when words fail.

I’m a firm believer that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and that each therapeutic journey will look as varied and unique as the individuals themselves. My approach is rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. Using therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centered, CBT, Expressive Arts, Somatic interventions, ERP and EMDR, we will work together to co-create your path toward healing.

Feeling stuck in relationships, emotions, or patterns does not have to be a fact of life. I would be honored to walk alongside you through the valleys and peaks, empowering you with the tools (both long-held and new!) to chart a path for change.
