Pre-Licensed Therapist

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and there are moments when you may not see how you will ever make it through. Other times you might feel alone, on an island without anyone that understands or can help. Everyone has their unique challenges, but despite them, my goal is to help you understand that you have the ability to face and overcome your challenges with support, guidance, and tools so you can become the best version of yourself.

I lead from the heart and will work with you to instill hope and confidence to face your problems and authentically connect with you to help you recognize there is purpose in your life. Throughout this broken world that we live in, I want to remind you that you are normal, and your feelings are valid. I want you to feel seen and heard. Above all, I want you to believe in yourself and know that you deserve to be happy. By fostering the mind, spirit, and body connection, I will walk alongside you in this journey so that you are not alone and help you to believe that your healing is truly possible.
