We live in a time where disconnection is the norm, and our need for community and deep, trusting relationships with ourselves and others is necessary. Navigating life’s uncharted experiences alone when we don’t possess the tools is frustrating and can feel, at times, unbearable. We become uncomfortable in our bodies, or we don’t feel our bodies at all. This situation forces us to live in our thinking minds, often aligned with distorted beliefs we carry forward from long ago. Through this veil, we see our environment from a lower level of being and find ourselves surviving rather than thriving.

My highest intention and focus are to provide an unconditional, nonjudgmental space of safety and sensitive support so that you find ease in opening to the wisdom of your body, to what has gone untended. It is from this space that you can begin to move into calm and grounded healing. Together, we will co-create an experience that honors your losses, helps you to find your passion in life again, and helps you to make meaning that serves your higher self and purpose.
