Why Choose Sea Glass Mental Health?

Sea Glass Mental Health (SGMH) is a woman and therapist-owned practice that provides Telehealth therapy services to Arizona-based individuals (14+), couples and families.

Sea glass is a symbol of renewal and healing. We have built SGMH to be a solution-focused practice rooted in helping our clients find the emotional support they need to live the life they want.

It is our mission to provide mental health care that is safe, compassionate and results-focused. We understand that mental health is not a “one-size-fits-all” service. Our therapists will work with the client so that they can take the steps needed to move forward.

Our practice also places a high importance on a healthy work/home life balance for our employees so that they are able to take care of themselves, and in turn, be able to continue providing high-quality care to their clients. We also support our therapists and interns by offering bi-weekly case consultation meetings, individual supervision, trainings, resource lists, etc.
